Animal Products - Class 23

Lot

  1. Milk (1 pint) from cow or goat
  2. Butter (¼ lb.)
  3. Cream (½ pint) from cow or goat
  4. Yogurt (½ cup)
  5. Cheese, aged, cow or goat
  6. Cheese, soft, cow or goat
  7. 1 comb or 1 lb. Strained honey
  8. Best display of bees wax
  9. Raw Fleeces
    (unprocessed from llama, sheep rabbit or goat) Exhibits will be judged on length, texture & cleanliness.
  10. Spun Wool
    (from llama, sheep, rabbit or goat or combined fleeces) This class will provide evaluation for the 4-H member's spinning consistency of two or three ply wool.
  11. Dyed Wool (by exhibitor)
  12. Finished article made from fibers.
    Both processing & article must be completed by 4-H member, articles may be knit, crocheted, woven, felted or completed using any other creative process - exhibits will be judged on appearance and creativity of the finished product.
  13. Eggs - 1 dozen
  14. Animal By-products - health and beauty aids
