Exhibit
Most exhibits categories require that the exhibitor be a 4-H member by May 1st to exhibit at the Fair held the first full weekend in August. (August 6, 7, 8, 2010.)
Fair books are published in late Spring. The printed Fairbook lists all the classes for exhibition. Fairbooks are availalbe from the Extension Centers in North Haven and Haddam.
Forms for exhibiting are available online from the downloads page. To get started, 4-H members can fill out this Exhibitor Registration Form using Adobe Reader. More forms from the fairbook may be required for staying overnight at the fairgrounds, and for registering livestock animals. Home Arts exhibits are registered at the fairgrounds, but exhibitors need to have a signed Exhibitor Registration form on file with the Extension Center.
