The Litchfield County 4-H Fair will be held on August 9 and 10 in 2008. Location is the fairgrounds on Route 63 in Goshen, Connecticut.

A Message From Our President

Dear fellow 4-Hers, Parents, Leaders, Volunteers and Sponsors,

It has been an absolute pleasure to be President of the 76th Litchfield County 4-H Fair. The hard work that everyone has done this year is truly appreciated and will show to be a great fair. As everyone goes about the many activities during the fair remember to appreciate all the time and effort that has gone into this year's 4-H Fair.

One of the main reasons that 4-H is instilled into Litchfield County is because of the many valuable and helpful leaders that donate their time to help youth grow into responsible adults. My thanks to all of the people that devoted so much time to the well being of this year's 76th Litchfield County 4-H Fair.

I would also like to give special thanks to all the businesses and individuals that help support our program. Your advertisements are featured here in this book and are very appreciated.

This fair would not have happened if it were not for the Extension staff, Association officers and directors. Without their knowledgeable aide this fair would never have come together with such ease.

Lastly, I would like to commend and congratulate all of the Litchfield County 4-H members for a job well done. Your teamwork and accomplishments with your projects will prove to be great tools for your future success. It is your dedication and enthusiasm that keeps the program going strong.
